Hi! I am Kristen. I became a yoga teacher to share with others, something special that has made the biggest difference in my own life. I found yoga in 2013 and have never looked back (well that’s false, I do a lot of self-reflection, but you get my point). Yoga has enhanced how I see the world, others, and myself. I have learned useful tools and practices that I use every day. I invite you to embark on this adventure to your true, authentic self. You are worth it.
